Never too late to grab some pointers from some of the pioneers in the industry. Even though you have probably heard these tips before, it’s always great to see it from different prospectives. Take notes, kiddies.
Awesomeness all over this track, heard it was leak at SXSW, but no confirmed. Regardless, check it out!
Taking an inside look at Dillon Francis creative process in the studio.

It’s been such a fun ride working on this one in particular. My style has changed and also I developed some new tastes in my music palette which bleeds through this whole mix. Reaching number 10 is an achievement I never thought I would see, but the support you guys have shown for an artist’s true personality is what makes this project so great and enjoyable from both sides of the speakers.
Lately, I have been inspired by those around me that push on through no matter what obstacle are before them. This installment is meant to inspire you and never let others tell you what to play or how to play, regardless if its at venue or your own ears. Do what you do for the love and feel free to be weird, you are probably awesome at it.
Once again, thank you guys for the all the support, we ain’t going no where.
Do you.

Fired up to bang this one out, let me know how this goes over!

Holy Shit Holy Shit Holy Shit!!! Its official! I’m excited for the Summer. Chemical Brothers grab the best elements of the original and made it their own, like only they can! Best pat is it drops Monday as BNR 100th release!

It’s been a great ride closing out Mainstage at Matinee, a 4 times a year show at the world Famous Fox Theater in Pomona, CA. But now its time to end that chapter of my career and look forward to bigger and better things.
I would like to thank the team and everyone involved for the memories and great shows, particularly Shalyce, who has had a tremendous influence on my career. Her smile always brighten a room and the wisdom she shared with me will always stay in my heart. Thank you Shalyce.
Unfortunately, this event has headed in a different direction, so now it is time to part ways. Along with losing focus on what is important and not honoring agreements, this event has began to lose its shine it once had with others at the ranges. It was a better time when I first jumped on, Matinee had leadership and respect for those involved. 2 years is a long time to hold down the mainstage closing set and I am thankful for the great times but I can no longer be a part of something that is not true with itself and not show respect to those who were committed to the goal of a kickass party. It is unfortunate how the actions of one can change the entire outlook of an event.
So now it is time to look into the future and prepare for what is in store. I have already been blessed with such great opportunities by the grace of God that no matter where my future lands, I can stand proud and say “I stood up for what I believed in.” This music and this scene is everything to me and I cannot stand for someone to ruin it for the next generation, merely for profit. Remember that while promoters take the risk on events, they also retain the profits when it is a success. Be weary of those interested in your dreams for the wrong reasons.

James Zabiela takes full control of some of the New Pioneer equipment and displays both creativity and ingenuity. what is more amazing is that this is just one side of this artist. I find it unfair when you hear “veterans” complain and cry about how “EDM” Djs are not true Djs. This man here is taking advantage of the new technology and making a true instrument out of it, which is what MCs in Brooklyn and the Bronx did for Hip Hop. whats the difference? The difference is people want to stay true but are close minded about new ideas and become selective of what they think is acceptable and what isn’t. In my opinion, just because you have been doing the same thing for many years, does not make you an expert, it takes someone who wants to excel in the craft and put their own mark in something they have dedicated their life to.
